Start your career in the real estate business by training under the Real Estate Instructors of @ARKANSAS REAL ESTATE EDUCATION, in Barling, Arkansas. Although classes are usually held at our facility, our instructors also travel around the state to conduct real estate courses.

2026 Continuing Education Requirements

All Brokers and Sales Persons have 7 mandatory continuing education hours this year that can be attended together

For Brokers & Sales Associates:

One (1) hour mandatory Real Estate Safety

Six (6) hours of continuing education from the 2026 AREC Approved topics list

Sales Associate 18-Hour Post-License

7 Hour CE class will be held on Apr 3, 2026, Pre-registration is required. Cost: $65, Lunch Provided, Class starts at 9 am. 3 hours Ark License Laws & AREC Rules and Regs, 1 hour on Real Estate safety, 3 hours on Fair Housing

AREC 60-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course

Scheduling classes at this time, for students who have been wanting evening or night classes. The classes will be held on Mon thru Thurs at 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Fee: $475.

Pre-registration is required, includes all books, tuition, registration fee and supplies.

Friday, Sat and Sunday Classes, two weekend in a row are usually scheduled every month when at least 5 students have registered. 10 hours each day

3 Hour Continuing Education Class

Registration Process

Registering for our programs is easy. Full payment is due upon registering for any Sales Person Pre or Post Course/Class. Broker Pre and Post-licensing classes require full payment at time of registration. Payment for classes can be by Check, Cash or Credit Card. Continuing Education Classes require payment in full at time of registration. In the process, you will be required to submit the following basic information:

Refund Policy

Your registration deposit is Non-Refundable unless other arrangements have been with the Principal Instructor. You may pay in cash, credit card, or by check. After completing each course, you will receive a certificate of completion. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, we can make arrangements for makeup sessions as needed.
